Building “B” slab pour started before dawn today at 1125 Wallace Drive in Delray Beach where DC Construction Associates, Inc. is building a 63,173 SF self-storage facility consisting of Building “A” a single-story structure and Building “B” a two-story structure. Dave Connor leads the team as a dual role of Project Executive and Project Manager with Brett Hunter as the Field Superintendent. .
