The tilt walls are going up at 4701 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road in Westlake where DC Construction Associates, Inc. is building a new 3-story 79,111 SF building (Building 1) and an additional six drive-up buildings with the following square footage each: Building 2: 8,321 SF, Building 3: 4,625 SF, Building 4: 4,625 SF, Building 5: 6,407 SF, Building 6: 4,000 SF, Building 7: 3,000 SF.  Total square footage for the project: 110,089 in addition to covered RV parking.  All hands-on deck at this jobsite… Chris Peck leads the team as a dual role of Project Executive and Project Manager; along with Gregg Gentry as the General Superintendent, Shustin Hernandez as Field Superintendent and Sean Bisesto as Assistant Project Manager.  Great Job Team! - September 14, 2022

Coral Springs Commerce Center II - Buildings 1, 2 and 3

DC Construction Associates, Inc. recently completed three industrial buildings totaling 374,635 SF at Coral Springs Commerce Center II.  Building 1 located at 4270 Coral Ridge Drive is 101,817 SF; Building 2 located at 4100 Coral Ridge Drive is 78,377 SF and Building 3 located at 4150 Coral Ridge Drive stands at 194,441 SF.  Chris Peck led the team as Project Executive; followed by Chris Ricci as Project Manager; Gregg Gentry as General Superintendent; Steve O’Rourke as Field Superintendent and Annie Aponte as Assistant Project Manager.  Thank you DCCA team for a great job!  - March 16, 2021

Leder Hillsboro Storage and Pet Paradise PROJECTS, Coconut Creek

DC Construction Associates, Inc. has been working on two projects side by side:  Pet Paradise and Leder Hillsboro Storage facility.  Since it is National Pet Appreciation Week, this is the perfect time to highlight the Pet Paradise 30,460 SF facility located at 4181 West Hillsboro Boulevard in Coconut Creek.  Right next door at 4191 West Hillsboro Boulevard, this 4-story 114,755 SF ExtraSpace Storage facility is getting the final touches.  Thumbs up to our DCCA team led by Chris Peck as the Project Executive, Shawn Boyle as the Project Manager, Vince Chmura as Field Superintendent, and Michael Castronova as Assistant Project Manager.  Keep up the great work team! - June 2, 2020

Under the guidance of Florida Fish and Wildlife capturing and relocating gopher tortoises, this project is now ready to start the structural steel in Building A of the Compass Self Storage facility.  Building A is a three-story 91,165 SF building which is one of sixteen structures at this site.  The foundation and panels are in progress at Buildings B, C & D which consist of 15 single story buildings of varying square footage: Building C-1 is 8,250 SF, Building C-2 is 7,150 SF, Building D-1 is 7,500 SF, Building D-2 is 6,500 SF, Building B-5 is 4,140, another Building in B is 2,100 SF and the remaining nine buildings in B are all 2,500 SF each.  See the progression of this 149,355 SF facility located at 50 W Frederick Small Rd in Jupiter.  - May 26, 2020

DC Construction Associates, Inc. just completed the North American corporate headquarters for HairClub located at Palmetto Place.  Palmetto Place is located at 1499 West Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton owed by Grover Corlew.  Dave Connor led the team as a Project Executive; followed by Chris Ricci as Project Manager; and Kevin Burns as the Field Superintendent.  Phil DeBono, Construction Manager for Hair Club is photographed with Chris Ricci and Kevin Burns.  Mike Nassar, President & COO of Hair Club cut the ribbon today.  Mayor Scott Singer was on hand to welcome the headquarters to Boca Raton.  The Architect on the project was Trieschmann Dumala Architectural Group. - April 4, 2019

DC Construction Associates, Inc. just completed the construction at Tin Roof at 8 East Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. Jupiter Self Storage facility

We are excited to announce that DC Construction Associates, Inc. has just been awarded the construction of the new Jupiter Self Storage facility.  Chris Peck will lead our team along with Kenneth R. Carlson Architect – P.A. on a Design Build for the Jupiter Self Storage project to be located on Indiantown Road at Commerce Way.  This 3-story, 97,500 SF facility is scheduled to begin construction in the 2nd quarter 2018. - January 26, 2018

Another location for a Miami City Self Storage facility currently under construction by DC Construction Associates, Inc.  The decking for the second floor is underway on this 3-story, 117,594 SF project.  Progress is moving along nicely at 5600 South University Drive in Davie.  -  January 12, 2018
